Yes. You can engage Morgan Telecommunications to review the existing design of the various call centre flows, skills, and routing points. We can identify redundant announcements, vectors, skills, agent ID’s etc. to maximize the investment in related hardware and licensing.

What is SIP/SIP Trunking?
A SIP Trunk is primarily a concurrent call that is routed over our IP backbone using VoIP technology. SIP Trunks are used in conjunction with an IP-PBX and are thought of as replacements for traditional PRI or analog circuits. The popularity of SIP Trunks is largely due to the cost savings of SIP, along with increased reliability.

What Data Centre Services do you offer?
GL2Cloud, is our comprehensive suite of IT Infrastructure and Data Centre Services including Colocation, Dedicated Server and VPS (Virtual Private Server). Will I have full monitoring and control of my hosted server?

Can I keep my number if I decide to switch to SIP trunks?
Yes we can port your existing numbers (including your toll free numbers) to our SIP environment. There are a couple of small pockets in Canada that may have challenges porting numbers (less than 5%)
